How long does shipping take?

Everything is made just for you — no dusty warehouse stock here. Production usually takes 2–4 business days, followed by 3–6 business days for delivery within the U.S. Tracking info hits your inbox as soon as it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders move into production pretty quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best — but once production starts, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. You’ve got 10 days from delivery to report an issue, and we’ll take care of it with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer exchanges for wrong sizes or styles?

Because every item is made-to-order, we can’t offer size or style exchanges. Be sure to check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you’re unsure, reach out — we’re happy to help before you buy.

Do you only sell apparel?

Not at all. Tees and hoodies are just the start.

Where do you ship from?

We work with multiple U.S.-based print partners, so your order ships straight from the printer to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

Yep — we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by location and customs, but tracking is always included.

Why don’t you keep items in stock?

We’re a print-on-demand shop. Think of it like pressing a fresh mixtape — your gear is made after you order, cutting waste and keeping things flexible.
