What’s Eligible for a Return?

Because every item is made-to-order, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

What’s Not Eligible for Return?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Style or color preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Personalized or custom items (when applicable)

How Do I Report an Issue?

Email support@theradrewind.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos, if applicable

Our team will review your request and typically respond within 1–2 business days.

What Happens Next?

Once your issue is approved:

  • Replacements are sent as quickly as possible

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refund timing depends on your bank or provider and may take several business days to appear.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

We do not offer size or style exchanges. Each item is custom-made specifically for your order.

Do I Need to Ship Anything Back?

In most cases, no return shipment is required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We’ll let you know if anything else is needed during the review process.
